One of the most interesting aspects of visiting Vietnam is that no two destinations are alike. Our three largest cities are diametrically opposed to one another. The mountains in the north experience cold winters, whereas the islands in the south have warm weather all year. Even sites that are only an hour away in terms of character and look are often decades apart. A huge part of the fun is having so many different sites to explore and choose from.
